Elliot Perlman is the author of the novel, Seven Types of Ambiguity, published in 2003 (and shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Award and the Queensland Premier's Award). His previous books, including the collection of stories, The Reasons I Won't Be Coming (which won the Steele Rudd Award), are published internationally to stellar reviews. He is a barrister who lives in Melbourne.
